I, the undersigned, hereby declare and solemnly affirm that (मैं नीचे हस्ताक्षर कर्ता, घोषणा एवं शपथपूर्वक पुष्टि करता/करती हूं कि):

1. All information furnished in this application is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. (इस आवेदन में दी गई सभी जानकारी मेरी जानकारी में सही, पूर्ण और सत्य है।)
2. I have read and understood all the rules, regulations and disciplinary norms of the institute and agree to abide by them. (मैंने संस्थान के सभी नियम, विनियम और अनुशासनात्मक मानदंडों को पढ़ लिया है और उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत हूं।)
3. I understand that the admission fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. (मुझे पता है कि एक बार जमा की गई फीस किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं की जाएगी।)
4. I undertake to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance throughout the course duration. (मैं पाठ्यक्रम की अवधि के दौरान न्यूनतम 75% उपस्थिति बनाए रखने का वचन देता/देती हूं।)
5. I will maintain decorum and discipline during classes and within institute premises. (मैं कक्षाओं और संस्थान परिसर के भीतर शालीनता और अनुशासन बनाए रखूंगा/रखूंगी।)
6. I will take proper care of institute property including computers, furniture and equipment; and shall be liable for any damage caused by negligence. (मैं संस्थान की संपत्ति का उचित ध्यान रखूंगा/रखूंगी और लापरवाही से हुए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी होऊंगा/होऊंगी।)
7. I will not engage in or support ragging, misconduct, indiscipline or any unlawful activity. (मैं रैगिंग, दुर्व्यवहार, अनुशासनहीनता या किसी भी गैरकानूनी गतिविधि में भाग नहीं लूंगा/लूंगी।)
8. I will respect all faculty members, staff and fellow students at all times. (मैं हमेशा सभी संकाय सदस्यों, कर्मचारियों और सहपाठियों का सम्मान करूंगा/करूंगी।)
9. I will submit all assignments, projects and practical work within the stipulated deadlines. (मैं निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर सभी असाइनमेंट, प्रोजेक्ट और प्रैक्टिकल कार्य जमा करूंगा/करूंगी।)
10. I will strictly follow all examination rules and will not resort to unfair means or cheating. (मैं सभी परीक्षा नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करूंगा/करूंगी और किसी भी अनुचित साधन या नकल का सहारा नहीं लूंगा/लूंगी।)
11. I grant the institute permission to use, store and share my personal information (Aadhar, photo, documents) for academic and administrative purposes. (मैं संस्थान को अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग, संग्रहण और साझा करने की अनुमति देता/देती हूं।)
12. My photograph and signature may be used in institute records, ID cards, certificates and promotional materials. (मेरी फोटो और हस्ताक्षर संस्थान के रिकॉर्ड, पहचान पत्र, प्रमाणपत्र और प्रचार सामग्री में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं।)
13. The institute shall not be liable for any accident, injury or material damage. I am responsible for my own safety. (संस्थान किसी भी दुर्घटना, चोट या नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। मैं अपनी सुरक्षा का स्वयं उत्तरदायी हूं।)
14. Uploading false information or unauthorized access to the institute's website/portal may result in legal action. (संस्थान की वेबसाइट/पोर्टल पर गलत जानकारी अपलोड करने या अनधिकृत पहुंच पर कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।)
15. Fees will not be refunded after course commencement or at any stage. Pending fees must be paid on time. (कोर्स शुरू होने के बाद या किसी भी चरण पर फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी। लंबित फीस समय पर जमा करना मेरी जिम्मेदारी है।)
16. Examination fee, registration fee and government fees shall be paid separately and are not included in course fees. (परीक्षा शुल्क, पंजीकरण शुल्क और सरकारी शुल्क अलग से देय होंगे और कोर्स फीस में शामिल नहीं हैं।)
17. Distributing or selling study materials, notes or videos provided by the institute without permission is prohibited. Copyright violation may lead to legal action. (संस्थान द्वारा दी गई अध्ययन सामग्री को बिना अनुमति के वितरित या बेचना प्रतिबंधित है।)
18. Submission of fake documents may lead to cancellation of admission and legal action. (फर्जी दस्तावेज जमा करने पर प्रवेश रद्द हो सकता है और कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।)
19. Unauthorized use of mobile phones, social media or digital devices during class may result in disciplinary action. (कक्षा के दौरान मोबाइल, सोशल मीडिया या डिजिटल उपकरणों के अनधिकृत उपयोग पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई हो सकती है।)
20. The institute reserves the right to cancel admission without prior notice in case of serious misconduct. (गंभीर दुर्व्यवहार की स्थिति में संस्थान पूर्व सूचना के बिना प्रवेश रद्द करने का अधिकार रखता है।)
21. I shall comply with any new rules framed by the institute even if made after admission. (प्रवेश के बाद बनाए गए किसी भी नए नियम का पालन मेरे लिए आवश्यक होगा।)
22. Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local law. (किसी भी विवाद का निर्णय स्थानीय कानून के तहत होगा।)
